SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2-5 days for your order to be shipped to you. All packages come via USPS and are shipped Monday through Friday.
During the holidays, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Holiday orders are shipped 1 business day after your order has been processed.
When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If your order has been marked as "delivered" and you have not received your package, please reach out to the United States Postal Service for further information regarding your order email info@maryandberries.com
If your order has been returned because the provided address is incorrect, you will be charged a reshipping fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Some products are heat sensitive so please do not leave products in an outdoor mailbox. Your tracking email will notify you when your product will arrive.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via email at info@maryandberries.com and include photo/video within 5 days of receiving the item and we will gladly ship a replacement item to you.
If Mary & Berries Beauty is the cause of an issue occurring with your order, we will work with you to find a solution!
Shipping during summer months
Our Double Whipped Body Butters contain Shea butter, cocoa butter, mango butter, and a variety of premium oils which range in melting points between 76 degrees to 101 degrees. This low melting point makes it easy for these products to melt during shipping.
All body butter is delivered with a cooling gel pack in order to maintain temperature. Although we take precautions to prevent the natural product from melting, if your body butter becomes liquified, you can simply set it in a cool dry place or a refrigerator and it will become solid again.
We highly recommend that you do not allow your delivered products to sit or remain outside in the sun for any period of time. Please make sure your products can be delivered and taken indoors upon delivery.
